Problem starting Webex Teams on Windows 10 - service not available

Webex Temas doesn't start on my PC. There's the following message:

The Webex Serverlist is not reachable.

The analyze tool shows, that notification service is not available. On another PC in the same network I'm able to start Webex Teams without any problem. How to solve this problem on my PC? Thank you for help.

The support was not able to help us. So we changed to another tool.

I'm experiencing the same problem. New installation on windows 10

Is the Webex Teams application a new install on the PC that is failing? We've seen this/a similar issue when users haven't been updating the application/don't use it often. We found the users were on versions older than 3.0.15015.0

Yes, it's a new installation with the actual version of Webex Teams. An uninstall and new installation i tried already.
