Problem with Webex Enterprise edition

Hi,

We are buying webex enterprise edition for a school. Our use case is as below,

We have 25 teachers and 1000 students.

Teachers host meetings and students are attendees.

No guests are allowed in meetings, only members(authorised users) allowed.

We assume that we need 25 "webex enterprise edition" licenses only.

But when we tested with trial account (which has only 5 licenses), the students (who dont have "webex enterprice edition" license) is not able to login to the site.

Does that mean, we need to buy 1025 licenses for the school use-case?

- Regards,

Rajeev K

You should be able to pre-authorize your attendees for their classes / meeting sessions. Or.. ask them to register before letting them join a meeting which means you have to go through and approve each participant. You can check your host and participant's permissions through your Webex portal or account.

at least.. this is how I understand it.
