Hi,
Since yesterday, my colleague has problems with Webex Apps, after upgrade.
We uninstall and reinstall the product, after I have read in a forum about trying to change the video card's drivers and nothing to do... when she uses the app in full screen it seems to work correctly, but when she reduces the size of the window disappears: the text box to write, the contact list, the icon to close, etc.
thanking you in advance for your help, I attach some sample images.
Best regards

@lara.colombo
Just for the record:
Which Operating-System is she using?
Is there any (perhaps unusal) display-scaling set? (usually 100% or 125% etc..)

Good morning @Fritz_H ,
The NB has: Windows 10, CPU: i7 6660U and RAM: 8GB.
In activity management it is a normal activity. There is no overloaded component. Other applications are okay.
Thanks for your interest.
Best regards

@lara.colombo
Thanks for your reply.
just to make sure we do not have any misunderstanding here:
I did not ask for any kind of CPU-overload etc. but for Display-Scaling.
Here is a random Google-Result: How to Configure Display Scaling in Windows 10 (alphr.com)
On a high-resolution-screen (1920x1080 or more), the default size for text, icons and menus etc. may be too small to be read easily.
Therefore Windows offers options to upscale the Screen-Content without changing the Screen-resolution.
I have seen applications, (esp. older ones using .NET-components) which did react weirdly if the Display-Scaling was set to an "unusual" number.

Hi Fritz,
Thank you very much for your answer, but this solution for me is not good. I've tried to follow this guide, but no results. The display Scaling is set to 100%
