Q&A function not working

I hosted a meeting earlier and turned off the chat function in order to have attendees utilize the Q&A function. I followed the directions found on the WebEx support website to do this. However, the Q&A function did not work during the meeting. You could type a question in, but not send it. During the middle of the meeting, I tried to do some trouble-shooting during the event and even disabled the Q&A and then re-enabled it. It still did not work- I ended up having to open the chat feature again and while that did work, it was not what I wanted to use. Any help for how to get this function to work before my next meeting later this week would be appreciated.

I had this problem too.  No PC based connection could see the Q&A but iOS devices could
