Question/bug in webex teams: Getting "seen be" from unknown/no conversation person

Hi Team,

I am getting seen by message on the unknown person screen.. I have not sent any message to him but still getting this.

Is there any special meaning for this. Like, he might have checked/searched my profile in webex teams.

When you open a chat with someone, or someone opens a chat with you, the channel gets opened and will show the seen by also.
