Hi,
I cannot see a raised hand from a student who is using a chromebook on my PC. I see the student name and they have their hand raised and can see it next to their names, but I don't see the raised hand, so I can't tell if they asking for help. When i left click on the participants, it says "Lower all hands". The Chromebook is up to date and my PC webex is also.
Is there a setting I missed?

Kim, we were on the same email with WebEx TAC, but thought it would be helpful for any others having this issue to read the resolution:
you need to have same version for desktop app and web app for raise hand to work on different platforms like chrome book, windows and mac.

We have this same issue although students on the Chromebook don't even see the Raise Hand option. All users are on the same Meetings version. Has TAC provided any updates on this? I would be willing to open a TAC case if it would help. When I asked originally I was told this was not available on the Chromebooks but that was a couple of months ago.

Hi Kathy,
We know that students have to be using the webex meet app from the Playstore in order to see the raised hand feature. I am able to see it on my chromebook. It just didn't work until I made sure that all versions and browsers were up to date.
