Random Webex beeps

Hi,

I have all notifications turned off for WebEx.  Yet, I still get random beeps.   It seems to correlate to folks responding in a WebEx chat thread, but I cannot really tell.  However, while I am in a meeting, its rather annoying to constantly hear beeps while in an active meeting.  I also get random beeps when not in a WebEx meeting.  How do I disable this.  I have read through a pile of threads.  I already know about the entering and leaving meetings notification disable.  I have disabled Notifications for spaces, Space notification sound, Direct messages, In meeting notification sounds, Join meeting sounds, leaving meeting sounds.  And Direct calls - always mute notifications.

Short of killing the WebEx process, does anyone have any advice on how to fix this ?

I saw this possible solution on https://community.cisco.com/t5/webex-meetings-and-webex-app/webex-beeping-when-not-in-use/td-p/4402469:

• Do a WebEx Reset [Profile Circle> Help > Health Checker > Reset]
• Log back in to Webex

I also setup my system sound to No Sounds, to prevent my system from sending me beeps.
