Recording does not appear in local folder?

We just recorded a meeting with about an hour of speaking and choosed the option "Safe on local computer". Unfortunatelly, the recording didn't appear in the folder more than 2 hours later? Were ist the recording? Or is there a limit of storage space?

I have seen reports in this forum, telling that the local recording-files have not been renamed properly from xyz.webex  to  xyz.mp4.
You may try to seach for such files on your computer - perhaps they are stuck in some temp-folders..?
In case you find them: try to rename them to  .mp4
