Recording view display is wonky

I do many recordings that are shared when completed.  The view really stinks.  The screen is tiny and doesn't display very well, even after choosing View full screen for all participants or using the full screen option while viewing the recording.  There are colored blocks in the view as well.  I've adjusted the preferences to show content view only, but no change.  It looks awful.  Any settings adjustments that can be suggested?  I'm using strictly power point for these recordings.  Looking for suggestions on how to improve this view.  Sample attached

You may want to try disabling hardware acceleration for Video (available in Webex-Meetings, not yet(?) in Webex(-Teams)

When sharing Text-Content (vs. Animations and Video) make sure to select: "Optimize for Text and Images"

the IT-Admin of your Webex-Infrastructure also has options to predefine default-settings for the recording-Layout:

As far as I have seen, these options vary depending on recording-target: cloud vs. local computer.

When you share it should be full screen in the recording just like it is for the attendees.  This may be an issue that you will need to escalate with to Cisco support.
