My meetings are suddenly not recording (it worked two days ago). I made four recordings today, varying in length from a few seconds to 30 minutes. I definitely pressed record. However, only two of the recordings made it to the "Recordings" section and said "generating." Both have since disappeared. There are NO recordings from today. Where are my recordings? Is anyone else having this problem?

This is an issue with some clusters right now. You can call TAC to find out if you are in an affected cluster.

We have the same issue happening today for our WebEx Tenant. WebEx does say recordings can take up to 24 hours to propagate, so here is hoping that is the case, or if not, it is resolved shortly.
