Reducing amount of emails host account gets

I host a lot (about 15) meetings a week through my organization and they are recorded on both WebEx Meetings and WebEx Events platforms.

I have over 100 participants sometimes and I need to be able to send them a "reminder" email but according to everything I read on the community threads that means I will get a reminder email as well.

Is there no way to not send myself a "reminder" email but still remind the rest of the people I invited?

Also, after each recording becomes available I get another email saying "content is now available." How can I make that stop?

I get an email for every person that "accepts" my invite so that's up to 100x15 per week. How do I make that go away?

I'm just tired of getting 45-75 emails for every event/meeting I host. Any help on reducing them would be so appreciated.

P.S.- My email is an organization email so filtering emails doesn't work (trust me I tried). And the WebEx account is also an admin account through my organization.

Outlook offers options to automatically process this:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-how-outlook-processes-read-receipts-and-meeting-responses-3e18ef46-57c0-4e49-ad89-b44ae75596ed

"Check the Automatically process meeting requests and responses to meeting requests and polls box to prevent any meeting and poll responses from showing up in your inbox unless an attendee has responded with a comment. All other requests are processed automatically and the original meeting invite is updated to show tracking information.

If you clear this checkbox, you'll see a message in your inbox for every attendee's response."

additionally you may limit to response-options of the invitees:
https://www.msoutlook.info/question/send-meeting-without-response-option

This page explains how to add this as default to a custom invitation-form:

(These links and their content are just search-engine results, not a personal recommendation of mine..)

Ugh. This would be so helpful if I had microsoft outlook but my organization uses Google/Gmail and because it is through the organization the filter feature doesn't work.
