Renewal

It may or may not be on purpose but I did not receive any warning that I was going to be billed for renewal.  Typically that type of notification is provided so we, as users, can decide whether to renew or not.  The personal reasons for me using WebEx have ended with the ability to meet in person. So I would not have renewed.  Being retired now, I am watching my pennies as closely as I can and the charge that appeared on my credit card came as a very unwanted surprise. My new time period started yesterday but I am not sure if there is anyway I can cancel and get a refund.  But that would be good if I could.
