Restrictions on functions of Basic Meetings License

Can users with only Basic Meetings Licenses schedule meetings from their mobile devices?

Users with only a Basic Meetings License can create meeting schedules from the PC desktop app or MeetingWeb page.
You cannot create a meeting schedule from your mobile device using either the Webex APP or the Meeting APP.
Is it according to specifications?

The device I'm using is an iPad.
After reinstalling the Meeting app, I was able to schedule meetings in the Meeting app.
However, in the Webex app, tapping the "Schedule" button does not create a schedule.

Basic Meetings License means this is for free license and you still can sign in WebEx app and Meeting app
