Hi, when I call someone through Webex teams, there seem to be two ringing tones (in my headset): One is the standard "tuuuuut", and overlayed a tinkling. Ths is annoying for me. Can I change this, esp. delete the tinkling?

Hi Cisco team,
Is there an admin setting for outbound call tones? 'Dead air' while the recipient answers the call can cause the caller to end the call prematurely due to the impression the call is not going through.

Same problem here. I have to hit mute before clicking each call to avoid that sound, since it's louder than everything else. The ring tones are enough, so I don't see why the chimes are necessary at all.

I have the same problem as well. The outbound Ringtone is so annoying, it makes me hesitate using the teams call feature. Is someone in Cisco looking at adding a config option for outbound ringtone? or at least providing an MP3 File change as a workaround???

You may try to reset the ring tone under Setting in Webex Teams:
Mouse over your name in Webex Teams and left click, then select => Setting => Notification=> Play Sounds For => Call

Thanks. Looks like this is working for inbound calls, but not for outbond. Meanwhile several colleagues mentioned this as annoying, since this ring tone is quite loud.
