Scaling Issues with webex screens that are not native 16/9

I am wondering if there are some little tricks/shortcuts to fix the scaling issues webex has. 

Any non 16:9 aspect ratio gets wrongfully scaled by webex.   a 16:10 screen for example gets scaled by cutting off the left and right side to full the higher up/down size. It does not letterbox or pillar box. 

Same on an Ipad Pro or any ipad that is not 16/9 

It crops the sides and cuts of the Content.  The only fix is to change the ipad in portrait mode. but then the ipad changes its camera also to portrait mode. How can this be forced to stay in scale ???  thank you

I had the same problem It turned out that the issue arose only when the guest presenter was joining the meeting via the web interface. When he switched to the desktop App, it worked fine. He was using the Edge browser - don't know if the same problem occurs with Chrome or Firefox, but the answer is to use the desktop App instead of the browser interface to join the meeting as a presenter.
