Screen freezes constantly during screen sharing

For several months now, we have been having problems with the screen freezing for participants in our meetings. This has been happening for several months at every meeting as soon as the screen is shared by the host. We often hold 5 - 6 such meetings per week. The participants' audio and video connections are not affected.

If the screen sharing is stopped and restarted, the problem is solved for a few minutes. Our participants take part from different locations but mostly with a good internet connection. So I can't imagine that this is the problem.

Does anyone here have any experience with this or any solutions?

We've started experiencing this at our organization recently.  The issue is intermittent, not constant.  Our network team adheres to all Cisco recommendations.  The issue is only with wirelessly shared content, HDMI through the codec behaves perfectly well.  And also participant camera and audio feeds behave normally, it is only the shared content tray that freezes on our video conferencing displays.  

Did you experience any kind of resolution with this?
