Hello
All our employees face the display problem which can be seen in the in the attachements.
The green rectangle appears whenever a screen or any other content is shared. The presenter only can move the rectangle horizontally but he can't close it. The rectangle blocks a quite huge area of the screen and also the viewers can't close it. We recently updated the windows Teans application to the newest version which did not help to get away with this.
How can we get this solved since it heaily disturbs the quality of our meetings?
Thanks
Steffen

By the way... the green color of the rectangle is probably represented by the color code which comes from our server settings.
The rectangle is supposed to be the sharing preview. But it does not automatically minimize as it should do.
What I know as of now is that the presenters use Lenovo Laptops. Two samples (T480 and T490) are confirmed to have the problem.
They both have a Intel UHD 620 graphic chip. As my PC does have a dedicated Nvidia card and the problem does not occur - it has most likely something to do with the Intel UHD 620 graphic card.

Is this only happens to a specific presenter only?

I don't have an answer but I can confirm that a small subset of our users are also experiencing the same issue, so it seems like a bug, or incompatibility with certain devices. I have not been able to reproduce it on any device I have access to, so it is quite difficult to troubleshoot. Hopefully Cisco is aware and will resolve this in the next update, otherwise, the next steps would be to contact Cisco support.
