Shared Screen Not Visible

Hello, everyone! I badly need your help. We have these students in our school that can't see our shared screen. At first, we were not bothered about it, but there were more students who informed us about this problem later on. They are all iPad users. Is there something we can do about it?

this is a new bug which already report to WebEx engineer yesterday and they have fixed it at 42.2.1WebEx meet app version, you can ask your students to update to this fix version, thanks.
