smoothly share a video from youtube or from VLC

I would appreciate the correct procedure to smoothly share a video from youtube, so that participants can hear the audio of the video exactly as if it were playing it on their device.
similarly, I would like to know instead the procedure to share a video file that I am playing during the meeting with a video player such as VLC.

@nicovon , when sharing content you have to select "Optimize for motion and video" and then check the "Share your computer audio" check box.
