Hi
we have a webex enterprise account with our trainer at our company.
right now we have an issue where the webex web app is working, but the webex desktop app doesnt. you enter your meeting name and email and the press join and it just loop there until it time out.
we already have look at the basic guide out there, we already verify that the issue wasn't comming from :
tls (all option are as required tls1.2 and local policy)
java (we have 1.8 151 installed but it doesnt seem to require it at all)
reinstalled multiple time on different pc and one even freshly imaged that never had it
removed any antivirus we had (we had mcaffee we tried without it and defender disable and rule set just in case same result)
we tried local to our company network, on vpn and at home on a home base connection, same result
so we are missing something and honestly the guide out there stop after this, we tried look at each windows service that are disabled one by one, we tried starting meddling with the other internet option like removing popup block and such (and yes cleared everything cached multiple time) but without success
does anyone as an idea on what could be our next step, because we are getting stump, especially that web app work well just the desktop app that won't connect, which of course trainer want to use it as it is said to be more stable
