System requirements for virtual backgroung

I recently installed the Webex app on my Windows 10 PC, but when I attempted to use a virtual background I received the message that my system does not meet the minimum requirements.  When I checked my system against the stated minimums I exceeded the requirements in each and every category.  Any suggestions?

I know you mentioned you checked the stats but just adding this link.  https://help.webex.com/en-us/80jduab/Use-a-Virtual-Background-in-the-Cisco-Webex-Meetings-Suite#id_138414  Has anyone else at your company(if in a corporate environment) experiencing the same issue?
