We are facing some struggles with out Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant community being able to schedule meetings on-behalf of the manager/supervisors or executives they support.
Here is a bit about our environment in hopes that others who are setup similarly could share any tips or tricks they've found.
- Exchange 2016 On Premise
- Webex App Deployed
- Hybrid Calendar Connector (being deployed, functioning and deployed to about 30 test users currently)
- We do NOT use Productivity Tools anymore, we retired it early and I believe it is officially unsupported now with latest release
- We DO use the Webex Scheduler plugin for on-premise Exchange
Administrative Requirements
- Shedule Webex meetings on-behalf of manager/executive
- Webex invite shows it is from manaager/executive (NOT admin support staff)
- Don't want to use Webex website scheduler
Ideas
- Will keywords like @webex and @meet work from a Shared Outlook Calendar?
- The Webex app scheduler is nice but no 'on-behalf of' option there... is this on the roadmap?
- Other ideas that work well for your orgs?
Thank you,
