Troubleshooting connection issues - 3 in 4 devices fail

Hi there!

 

I am new to Webex (teams) and need help troubleshooting a connection type issue.

 

I have a Windows 10 device, and two iPhones, all of which will only update webex chat through 4G or VPNs.

The Mac is on the same wifi, yet has no issues.

 

The symptoms:

* In Win10 a big yellow bar which states I am offline

* iPhones/Win10 do not fetch any new posts automatically

* If I try and send a message (Win10/iphones) it sends ok AND retrieves any chat content since the last update.

* New meetings do not show up (until I change networks)

 

In Win10 land the health checker fails 'Server connection', but both Cloud and Outlook sections are ok. traces to wbx2.com both appear to connect ok. I can't seem to find any troubleshooting guides and no one else in my organization seems to have experienced anything similar. 

 

I am baffled as to what would impact iPhones and Win10 devices, but not a Mac, and have not found any other services giving me grief. Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?
