Our company just updated our Webex App to 42.6, and we use this for our whole company chat/IM messaging and our primary form of communication. We're now no longer able to highlight conversation strings and who said what in the sequence of the conversation, which we do very frequently on a nightly basis. It's only allowing to highlight one specific message from one individual at a time, and won't even allow to include their name/time they sent that message.
Is there an option to go back to the old method so I can highlight a whole conversation or what I need to in a Direct Space, Team Space, etc?? Or is this something that will be changed or permanently this way?
