Hi there, we have individuals (sometimes outside of our organization) who try to join my personal room virtually but cannot. They receive different messages—“Can’t get into personal room of SO’D…”, “Check the ID of SO’D and try again…, etc.”.
Everyone is fine to do it by audio only, but I don’t understand why this happens so often. Any ideas?
