@Ashwini.Chandrappa Possible reasons I have seen in this forum: - image does not meet requirements. (sorry, did not find a link to specs) - the update takes some time - Replacing the picture in the web-version worked better (https://web.webex.com/) - Your profile-picture is automatically provided by your organisation´s directory (e.g. Windows Active Directory..) which overrules manual image replacements.
