Use a USB camera with an Android device in Webex Meetings

I installed the Webex app on my Android smartphone and tried using a USB camera, but I couldn’t successfully switch to the USB camera. Since the external camera switch works in the Zoom app, it seems unlikely to be a hardware issue.
