User has Audio connection lag at the beginning of the sessions.

 

 I have this user when he access a webex meetings session his Audio connection takes long to connecting. any help

I do have this problem the last week. It happens not always but quit frequent. U Use windows 10 prof 64 bit, windows build 2004.

Yes, how did you resolve it?

It was probably a problem of the busy cisco server. Now is all oke, but in december it could take up to 10 minutes before the app got a server connection.
