I use WebEx for work and I have a paid licence but if I try to use a virtual background then my face disappears from the screen - my camera is still on.
I am able to use virtual background with Teams so I concluded it is not an issue with my settings. Also most of my colleagues are able to use them even though a couple are experiencing the same issues.
Could someone help, please?
