Virtual In Meeting Rooms

I’m not talking about breakouts, think about a few participants joined together in a physical meeting room. They can mute and discuss, see each other etc. what if users joined remotely from the same team for example could create a virtual room where they could mute and discuss between themselves, and the meeting view puts them together as if they were in one room?

It sounds like you want breakout rooms that work like the "Cone of Silence" from Get Smart or give attendees the ability to have a "sidebar" conversation.  Webex doesn't currently support that and the breakout rooms do fullfill that need so not sure why you would want to have virtual video breakouts that support private conversations in the same room.  One option many people use is the Chat feature to have private conversations in the room.  You can use Chat in the meeting or create a seperate space for a small group to converse via typing.
