Waiting room/lobby for certain participants

Hello - we have an online board meeting next month.  I scheduled a webex meeting.  We have two participants, on the invite, that I would like to be in a waiting room until I admit them.  (They are presenting but not on the board.  I don't want them to hear everything.)  Is there a way to do this?

Thanks.

Well you can have your meeting locked since the beginning (all participants
in the Lobby) and admit just the participants you want. When you are ready
then you can admit the others to the main session. You can move
participants from the session to the Lobby and then move them back to the
session.

@MHVU , are you using Webex Meetings or Webex Events for your events?

In case you are using Webex Events, you could go into a Practice Session with all panelists where you can do some last checks without the attendees seeing/hearing anything.

Hi -- these are directions to move people into a lobby.  I (and the OP) would like to begin the meeting with participants/attendees in the lobby.  How do we set up the event so that everyone except the panelists start in a lobby until the event begins?  I've seen a lot of events recently where participants are watching the sound/tech check.  Would like to be professional and have them all start in a lobby.

Hi -- new question as I'm doing an actual test with a practice session.  I've followed the directions here [https://help.webex.com/en-us/npxgiei/Conduct-a-Practice-Session-in-Cisco-Webex-Events] to a T.  The guests don't see the slides I set to scroll through while the panelists are in the practice session.  Instead it literally says "Panelists are now in a practice session" and underneath that , "To contact the panelists, use Q&A."

We don't want our guests to see that we're in a practice session -- that's kind of tacky.  We want it to scroll through the slides we scheduled for it to scroll through.  Any help?

Using Events, and this is great, thanks!  (there is no option to click "accept as solution" anywhere that I can see but this is very helpful.  Thanks!)
