Web Ex - All Day Lunch Room

We're wanting to create a virtual 'lunch room'. Where a few dozen people (without web ex licenses) can jump in and out during their breaks/lunch even without the host present. I've created a reoccurring web ex appointment and sent the group the link instead of adding dozens of individual email addresses (so they don't have the appointment blocking their calendar every day). But, what's happening is that they're getting a "you will join to audio when the host joins" message when trying to join.

I can share the host key -- but it changes several times a day if someone has used it already.

Also, it seems like the first person to log in can get in okay. But, if they leave and try to log on later, they run into the same issue.

What would be the best way to create this drop in/out lunch room? Any suggestions would be welcome!

I agree to Wade´s suggestion to use Webex(-Teams) for that,
but I also wonder (just for the fun of solving technical problems)
if this can also be achieved with the PMR (personal meeting Room) of a "dummy-Account" (License-Level?)
by disabling all restrictions like "participants have to wait in the lobby"  etc.
(PMR because it has a static URL...)

Pretty sure you'll need at least one licensed "host" to be active in the meeting at all times.

The Webex app (formerly Webex Teams) would be a great tool for this use case. A "Lunchroom" space can be created and all staff added as members. Any member can easily jump in and out of a meeting in a space, as well as follow chat-based conversations. I expect licenses would still be required however. Some functionality is available for free but I believe there are limitations on the number of people that can be in a meeting.
