Hello there,
in Webex App -> Settings should be the possibility to connect Webex client with Outlook.
The issue we face is that it's greyed out and cannot be checked/unchecked -> "Please ask your admin to enable this option".
- In Control Hub, the O365-hybrid-calendar option is enabled
- The users have full paid licenses
- During the tests Outlook is the only opened app which could integrate with webex
- In the Webex Health Checker, Outlook Integration does not show up
Does anyone has an idea how to enable this calendar integration?
