hey guys,
after a new update to webex app - desktop windows 11 - im struggling with performance and app freezes a lot. I'm not able to solve that myself - did tons of adjustments.
i am not able to find a previous releases of webex app - maybe someone can help me?
release that's foulty for me is 45.2.0.31800

Same here.. a lot of issues since 45.2.0.31800. It is clearly bugged

If you go to Organization Settings in Control Hub and scroll down to Recurring Software Updates, you will find a link to some previous versions. depending on the configuried software channel, an older version may update automatically to the most current version soon after "downgrading".
If you think the new version has serious issues, feel free to contact TAC in oder to have them investigating the case.

i reseted whole PC because of that issue. reset helped a bit, I have NORMAL performance when typing and licking thru chat but I am able to freeze a client. I'm not facing same issues on laptop.
i have previous release from an admin that's working OK.
that's only solution for now - I will report a bug in next days
