My organization is configured for automatic software updates for webex (Controlled by Cisco) at a tenant level, however users are able to change the settings at a device level. I would like to understand whether user settings supersedes tenant level settings or tenant level setting supersedes user settings? If the user settings supersedes tenant level settings then how can I control it.
We want to avoid different software version of webex app from user to user and want to make it consistent across the organization.
