Webex Application Forceclosed

I'm having a problem with the webex apps on my laptop. I installed the latest version for the webex application and the OS that I use on my laptop is windows 11 .

What happened was the webex application was auto forcedclose, it didn't open at all (I checked in the minimize apps section it wasn't there either) But in the task manager there was a webex process

Has anyone experienced the same thing? or does anyone know the solution?

Is your Windows computer a tablet by chance? If it is, try this to see if it helps resolve the issue:

1. In the windows search field type Windows Powershell and run it as admin

2. At the powershell prompt paste this command without the quotes and hit enter, "Set-ProcessMitigation -Name CiscoCollabHost.exe -Disable UserShadowStack"

3. Try to open the Webex app

If it doesn't work, open a ticket with Cisco TAC.
