We have enabled Webex Assistant in Control Hub for all users but it's not available for in meetings for users. We are on version 41.9.5.5. Is there something else that needs to be managed for users to enable the Webex Assistant in their meetings?

In order to enable Webex Assistant on our site, our CSM had to send an email to our business partner to turn on this feature. Not sure why it takes an additional step from a business partner to enable a feature that's supposed to be available for all users though. Recommend anyone else that's having trouble with having Webex Assistant available to reach out to either your CSM or Business Partner to get it added to your license.

I asked around internally and it seems other admins are having this issue as well. This is a known issue and is being looked at currently.
