Hi have a problem with Webex app only when using iPhone connected to internet using Mobile Data.
The app works 100% on WiFi connections. Calls still ring when using Mobile Data but fail to connect and just drop. Outgoing calls initiate but result in Call Failure contact your administrator..
The problem only affects iPhones in my organisation all Android phones work correctly making and receiving calls on Mobile Data.
We also had the exact same issue with the previous Unified Communications App supplied by our Telephone Service Provider now replaced by WebEx App.
All Settings allowing use of mobile data on the iPhone are set to allow both on the phone and app side.

Can I ask what carrier you have and what steps you took in talking to the carrier?

Just to let anyone know who has this problem... I solved it. After testing with another telco SIM and not having the issue I deduced it had to be my mobile telco provider. As explained by their tech support due to Apple's implementation of the handoff between IPv4 and IPv6 on the telco's network some apps exhibit this failure. So the solution that the telco implements is set the number to IPv4 only on their system and from the user point of view problem over.
