We recently "enabled" chat for our site through control hub in session types. For some reason, the "chat" box does not automatically appear in the bottom right corner. You have to go into meeting options and then enable chat and assign participant privileges.
However, when scheduling a meeting from our site it automatically appears in the bottom right corner and we don't need to assign participant privileges, they are all turned on by default...
Is there a way to have chat automatically appear in personal rooms?
