Webex client not syncing calendar regularly with Webex cloud

I'm having issues with the windows desktop client not syncing my calendar with the Webex cloud. My outlook plugin and office 365 integration is working properly. When I log into Webex via a browser my calendar sync is immediate and my meetings all show as they are in my outlook calendar, but the local client seems to only sync with the online cloud once a day. Any changes that happen during the course of the day do not replicate to the local client. I have to use the appointment in my outlook or login to the Webex web portal to get the meeting link.

This behavior is new as of June 2022. I've removed the plugins in outlook and exchange, and reinstalled them, I've reinstalled the client on my PC, rebooted, etc.
