My Webex will not save, or I cannot see my favorites on the desktop app. This has been an ongoing issue.
On my favorites list (on the desktop app) I select to view all messages and I only see people who recently messaged me. Everything gets blown away after restart.
I have tried searching these forums, but only seem to find a "contact your IT admin" or something of the like as answers. No one else in my organization seems to be having this problem. So, I'm assuming it is some setting that I do not have set properly.
Any insight or help will be appreciated.
