Webex emoji - poor resolution

When emojis are such small files, why is it that the new consolidated Jabber / Webex has such reduced resolution emojis?

It may seem silly, but why have the emojis if you don't make them at least as crisp as the text ?

I'm struggling to find any problem with the emojis - I did a little test:

That may have been unfair - the picture above was taken on a Retina screen - so here's a repeat taken from an old 1920x1200px Samsung screen

How crisp do you expect emoji's to be? And don't forget there is now Bitmoji integration in Webex, so you can send messages like:
