Webex failed install on W11 22H2

Target machine:
OS: brand new W11 22H2
Hardware: DELL 5530

Install program Webex.exe failed with no error displayed on desktop.

Webex installation on Windows CZ Editions solved using older install package.

Next tests made.
last Webex installation not working on W11 CZ both builds 22H2 and 21H2
Webex installation is fine on W11 EN-US build 22H2

After these tests it likes that Webex installer fails on some NON EN-US Windows editions.
