Webex Linux client status

Hello,

I've been using Webex on Windows OS for years; when opened with an active Windows session, the client shows me as available (green ring around the avatar) and it turns to not available or "Active XX minutes ago" only when my desktop is locked.

Last week I've downloaded the Linux version on an Ubuntu 20.04 and, even if my desktop and Webex client are currently being used, Webex turns me as not active (grey ring) if I've not sent any messages in the last 10 minutes.

Does this happen to someone else?

Could we get any answer on this topic please? All people of my company running Linux have the same issue

Same happens to me.   Definitely a thing with the Linux app as I've had it on more than one distro.  Still searching for a solution.
