WebEx Mac version share controls greyed out

I just got my new MacBook Pro and installed WebEx. When I light up a WebEx session, I can only share the meeting window and not other applications. All the controls to share other content are greyed out

I have this same problem but when I go to Settings>Security & Privacy>Privacy>Screen Recording,

there is no entry for Webex to select

I have tried deleting and reinstalling but no luck.

Hi - you have to be in the Webex meeting to see the option to add it to your security settings.
