Webex Meeting App - My Meetings shows other person's entries & mine?

Have a weird situation.

My husband and I are both working for the same company.  We are both on iPhones and have the Webex Meetings App installed on our phones.  

It is connected to our work Outlook accounts.

Here is the Stranger Things scenario:

1. I only see my Webex meetings in the "My Meetings" page

2. My husband sees both his and my entries.   When we look at his "My Meetings" and he refreshes by pulling down, my entries appear, then disappear, then appear again and stick around.

Has anyone had this happen?  Any idea of a remedy?  His calendar is full enough LOL.  He doesn't have to see mine too.

My situation was not like yours, but I would appear as "in a meeting" when one of my colleagues was actually in the meeting, not me. And a few other similar anomalies.

We fixed it after about 6hrs on the phone to TAC over multiple calls. From memory, I think my colleague had to delete his account and start again in the end.
