Webex Meeting Host PIN issue

The Webex Meeting Host PIN used to be the same regardless of whether you opened a meeting more than once.  We have been using this to move our Board meetings from the Board Room to an Executive Session Conference Room and back to the Board Room.  Worked great because we could use the same PIN as we moved between rooms as we didn't always have the same people in each session.

Sometime in the past several months, this has changed so now the PIN changes each time the meeting is closed and reopened.  The Board Secretary (host) has to click on a link in the meeting invite to get the updated host PIN each time which takes time away from their other tasks they are responsible for during the meeting.

I would like to be able to have a setting in Control Hub that would let me set it so the Host PIN does not change.  Has anyone else run into an issue with this new feature or have a work around?  I may be opening a Feature Request if others think it would be helpful for their users as well.

Update on this issue.  We had enabled a setting in Control Hub that required a PIN for any Personal Meeting meeting on a video device.   We have not been migrated to the Webex Suite platform yet and found there is a parity mismatch between the Control Hub admin settings and the user scheduling/portal options.  The Webex Suite has an option to create a meeting template that will let any "authenticated Cisco video device" join without a PIN.  Since this is NOT available on the legacy Webex platform, we couldn't disable or update this option in our organization.

If you need this feature and are on the Webex Suite, here are 2 reference sites for updating settings for your organization:

https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/jajhvw/Create-and-Save-a-Template-for-Joining-Meetings-without-a-PIN

Being able to create a meeting that doesn't require a PIN for authenticated devices makes it so we don't have the original problem of having to get a new PIN when moving our Board meetings between rooms.
