webex meeting participation without installing webex app

Dear sir/madam,

I would like to know if it is possible for webex meeting invitees to participate in a webex meeting without installing webex app. Do I understand it right that invitees who wish to participate in a webex meeting without installing webex app to their PC or mobile phones/tablets have an option to participate in a webex meeting via browser? 

Please advise.

On a PC you can participate via browser without a installed app. My experience with mobile ios devices is, that you have to use an installed webex app.
