Webex meeting screen

I have my headshot loaded and it shows for messenging but I can't get my picture to show on the  meeting screen, only my name will show. How do I get it to show?

kindly let me know how I can delete my pic from my profile, as after I add it I can not delete it or leave it blank without any pic
