We have 3 webex seats and only one can schedule meetings.
The seat that can schedule meetings has Webex Assistant for meeting licence as do the other 2 seats.
The seats that cannot schedule meetings have an option in the desktop app to schedule a meeting but when clicked on it it just opens up outlook calendar.
Under settings within the app under meetings the only option visible is connect to a calendar. Whereas the seat that can has scheule meetings, default webex site url, personal room etc.
All setting in the admin panel seem to be the same for all seats.
